You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Defective or damaged items will be replaced free of charge — please contact us with a photo of the issue.
